I was going through some pics and saw these. I had taken a picture of them because I meant to post about them. These are homemade english muffins, which we made for the purpose of having "McDonald's--ish" breakfast sandwiches. They were soooo good. Pretty easy to make; take a while to cook though. Homemade bagels are fun too.
