Tonight at dinner *E* blurted out that tomorrow was her field trip.

"We're going to the butterfly exhibit at the 'mechanical gardens.'"

"The what?" we asked.

She looked at us with a look of "I know what I'm talking about. Why don't you get it?"

"You mean the 'botanical gardens?'"

"Yeah!" she exclaimed.
